Services – A set of services provided by the Provider in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

Public Offer – The Provider's offer (as indicated on the Provider's website) addressed to an unlimited number of individuals, in accordance with Lithuanian law, to conclude this Agreement on specific terms.

Provider’s Website – The online page at https://vean-tattoo.lt/, which is the official source of information for Consumers about the Provider and its offered services.

Acceptance – The Consumer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer as outlined in this Agreement.

Consumer – An individual who confirms that they are 18 years of age (or older), who has accepted the Public Offer provided by the Provider, as specified in the Service Agreement, and has made full payment for the services.

Parties – The Provider and the Consumer.

The Provider agrees to deliver services in the tattoo industry, specifically tattooing, permanent makeup, body piercing, and training (hereinafter referred to as "Services"), in exchange for payment under the terms set out in this Agreement. The Consumer agrees to accept and pay for these Services.

The Consumer undertakes to pay the full agreed amount to the Provider.

The Provider has the right to:

Receive payment for the Services rendered as specified in this Agreement within the agreed timeframe.

The Provider is obligated to:

Provide the Services to the Consumer as per the amount indicated on the Provider’s website.

The Consumer has the right to:

Request the delivery of the Services as per the terms outlined on the Provider’s website.

The Consumer is obligated to:

Make full payment for the Services as per the Agreement’s terms and conditions.

Adhere to the laws of Lithuania and the terms of this Agreement.

The total price for the Services under this Agreement is listed in the price catalog.

The final price is set for the entire Course period and cannot be changed during its duration.

For failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement, the Parties are liable under applicable Lithuanian law.

The Parties shall not be held liable for partial or complete non-fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances of force majeure. The Parties understand force majeure as defined by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Agreement is terminated:

By mutual agreement of the Parties;

If either Party is unable to fulfill their obligations due to newly adopted legal acts that amend the terms of this Agreement, and one of the Parties disagrees with these amendments.

The Consumer confirms their voluntary and free consent that their personal data (including name, surname, registered and/or actual place of residence, personal identification number, state registration data, bank details, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) will be processed in the Provider's personal data database ("Clients" section), including collection, registration, storage, modification, use, and dissemination. The Consumer consents to the transfer of their personal data to third parties to the minimal necessary extent and only to fulfill obligations under this Agreement.

The Consumer confirms that they have been informed of their rights as established in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Public Offer is valid from the date it is posted on the Provider’s website and remains in effect until withdrawn by the Provider.

The Provider reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time at its discretion. If the Provider modifies the Offer, the changes become effective from the moment the updated text of the Offer is posted on the Provider's website, unless a different effective date is specified directly in the modified Offer.
