Reservation Guarantee

A deposit ranging from 5% to 15% of the total service cost is required to confirm your appointment.

This fee serves as a guarantee for both you and us, allowing us to efficiently plan our working hours and ensure proper preparation for the session.

If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, your deposit may be refunded in the form of a certificate. Additionally, if your schedule changes, you can reschedule the session to a more convenient time before it takes place.
