Reservation Guarantee

To confirm the booking of a session, a payment of at least 5% of the total service price is required.

This fee serves as a guarantee for both you and us, allowing us to efficiently plan our working hours and ensure proper preparation for the session.

If you notify us of the cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, the fee may be refunded. Additionally, if your schedule changes, you can reschedule the session to a more convenient time before it takes place.
